Check that your Synology equipment is correctly linked to the Internet. To verify Internet connectivity, attach another device (such as a computer) to the same network ports and cables.
Login to Synology Account to check QuickConnect’s status. If your Synology device is in China, your QuickConnect ID must be associated with an authenticated phone number.
